Just an amazing experience from a service department. From the time you pull your vehicle up to when you leave, just great communication from everyone there. Plus the waiting area is really fancy and a nice way to enjoy waiting while your vehicle is being serviced.
With my own financing already approved. I was ready to test drive and negotiate for the ES 350 I wanted. I was told that Lexus doesn't take custom orders. That's only kind of true. I.E. - if I did a custom order I would have to pay sticker. The only saving they would give me was the almost $1500 dealer add paint and undercoat protection. They add it to every car and you can pay for it if you wish but not needed. I see now that they need to meet end of year numbers. They are giving around $2000 off after adding the $1500 deal applied options.
I won't say my sales person was rude but after I called them out on their numbers. I was pretty much ignored.
Also they did not want my low mileage mint trade-in. That's because their lots are full. No more shortage!

Great experience! Very helpful people there! Their customer service was so great that we decided to buy a Lexus over a Mercedes (because the service in Mercedes Williamsville was not good and they were pressuring us to buy their car to make a sale!) Lexus Northtown was very attentive and made sure we walked out with everything we needed when we bought our first new car. Dotted every 'i' and crossed every 't'!
